Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026 · Last updated October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information LSL Fitness LLC (“LSL Fitness,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to livingastrongerlife.com, our online programs (including the 6-Week Desk Reset Challenge), our emails and text messages, and our social media messages. We do not sell your personal information.

1.Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact details: name, email address, and phone number, for example when you download a free guide, join the waitlist, or buy a program.
  • Purchase details: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Intake and screening answers: your goals, schedule, health screening answers, injuries or limitations you tell us about, and, for the Custom Meal Plan, details like height, measurements, and food preferences.
  • Partner details: if you buy a Partner Seat, the name and email of the person you’re adding. Please only add someone who has agreed to join.
  • Messages and posts: what you send us by email, text, or Instagram and Facebook messages, and what you post in our private group or say on live calls.
  • Photos and testimonials: only if you choose to share them.

Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data when you visit our site, such as browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived, through cookies and similar tools (see section 5).

Information from apps you use with us: if you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive your public profile name. In our training app (Trainerize), we see the workouts, habits, and step counts you log or sync there.

2.How we use it

  • To deliver your program: give you access, set up your training app, run live calls, and answer your questions
  • To coach you safely, including reviewing your health screening answers
  • To process payments and send receipts
  • To send program updates and reminders
  • To send marketing emails about our programs, which you can stop at any time
  • To improve our programs, website, and ads
  • To protect our business, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations

3.Health & fitness information

Your screening answers, injury notes, measurements, and progress data are personal, and we treat them that way. We use them only to coach you and keep your training safe. Only our coaching team and the tools we use to deliver your program can see them. We never use them for advertising, and we never sell them.

We are a fitness coaching business, not a healthcare provider, so health privacy laws written for doctors and hospitals (such as HIPAA) generally don’t apply to us. We still protect this information carefully, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

4.Who we share it with

We share personal information only with companies that help us run our business, and only what they need to do their job:

  • GoHighLevel: our website, member portal, forms, email, and text messaging
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Trainerize: our training app for workouts, habits, and progress
  • Video calls on Youtube: live group calls and 1-on-1 coaching calls
  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook): social media messages and advertising (see section 5)

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

5.Cookies, pixels & ads

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep it working, understand how people use it, and measure our ads. This may include the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta know when someone who saw our ad visits our site or signs up, so we can show our ads to the right people and see what’s working.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Our site doesn’t currently respond to them, because there’s no common standard for how sites should.

6.Emails & text messages

  • Emails: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. You’ll still get emails about a program you bought, like access details.
  • Text messages: we only send marketing texts if you’ve agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Social media messages: if you message us or comment a keyword, our system may reply automatically with the information you asked for.

7.Live calls, recordings & the group

Live group calls are recorded and shared only with members of that program. You can keep your camera off and use the chat instead. Anything you post in our private group can be seen by other members, so please only share what you’re comfortable with. We will never use your photo, name, words, or results in our marketing without your written permission.

8.How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re a member or on our email list, and afterward only as long as we need it for the reasons above, such as tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 10), unless we’re required by law to keep it.

9.How we protect it

We use reputable, secure platforms, limit access to our coaching team, and never store full card numbers. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we’ll let you know as required by law if a breach affects you.

10.Your choices & rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct anything that’s wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop sending you marketing emails or texts

To make a request, email us at train@lslstrength.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We’ll respond within 45 days. California residents may also ask us how we’ve shared personal information for marketing; we don’t share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

11.Age requirement

Our programs are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we’ll also let current members know by email.
